Apollon Wealth Management, a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) based in Charleston, SC with offices in Charlotte, NC, Augusta, GA, Mt. Pleasant, SC, and Aikin, SC, announced today that it has hired Steven Mills, a former SVP at LPL Financial, as its new Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Mills brings more than 20 years of financial services experience to his new role, including leadership positions in wealth management, broker dealer operations and risk management.

In addition, Apollon announced that it has partnered with Merchant Investment Management, LLC, a private partnership out of New York, to leverage its knowledge and expertise to build a world-class business in an open architecture environment. This strategic relationship has helped Apollon establish five locations in the Southeast, and partner with 11 Wealth Advisors.
